• Free pattern not available on mail, phone or faxed orders.

To receive your FREE pattern(s):
Type the Pattern Number and Name in the Special Instructions section of the order form.  See example below. 
(Do not click "Add to Cart" button, otherwise you will be charged for the pattern).

• If you forget to enter your free pattern(s) during checkout, please contact us via email immediately so we can include your free items with your order.  Once an order has been shipped, a free pattern cannot be shipped separately.
