At this time, we do not offer more than one Member Card per account.

Why am I getting an error message indicating that my Membership login or password is invalid when I order at xs-collectibles.com?

There are several reasons why you may be experiencing an error message.
Your Membership may not be activated yet -- you will receive an email confirmation of your membership login and password shortly after you purchase your membership. Confirmation emails are sent during business hours only - 10am to 4pm EST. Please call the Member service center at 570-441-3819 to have your number activated.

Your Membership password may not have been entered accurately. Please check password on your confirmation email and re-enter it. You may change your password once you have successfully logged in.

Where do I enter my Membership login and password at xs-collectibles.com ?

You will find the "Sign-in" button on the top, right-hand corner of each page on the xs-collectibles.com website. You must sign into your membership account before adding patterns to your shopping cart, so the discount can be immediately applied.

Can my Membership be associated with more than one email address?

Your Member number may only be linked to one xs-collectibles.com account at a time.
